Core
Our standard office hours are Tuesday through Thursday (8am to 6pm), when our team comes together for shared project work, strategy sessions, and technical development.
Whether we’re in the lab, working remotely, or on-site with partners, these dedicated days keep everyone aligned and moving quickly together.

Focus
Mondays and Fridays are our deep-focus zones. Set aside for independent R&D, project builds, experiments, and trips to specialist centres.
This is when prototypes come alive, ideas sharpen, and the team gets heads-down with zero distractions
Holiday Closure
Inov8ive will close from Thursday 21 December and reopen on Tuesday 7 January 2026.
This downtime helps our people recharge while also reducing our environmental footprint by cutting energy use and non-essential travel.
It’s a simple way we contribute to a more sustainable planet and return in the new year refreshed and ready to push technology forward.
