From our new i8i office in Northern Ireland, our Security Operations Lead connects innovation with real-world operations ensuring our technology is tested, trusted, and effective where it matters most.

Core Collaboration Days Our team connects from Tuesday to Thursday for shared project work, strategy sessions and technical development. Whether we’re in the lab, working remotely or on site with partners, these days keep everyone aligned and moving fast together.
Focus, Project and Field Days Mondays and Fridays are dedicated to independent R&D, project and programme work, experimentation and visits to specialist centres. This is when deep work happens, prototypes are tested and new ideas take shape.
Holiday Closure:
Our offices and labs will close from Friday 22 December and reopen on Monday 6 January.
This downtime helps our people recharge while also reducing our environmental footprint by cutting energy use and non-essential travel. It’s a simple way we contribute to a more sustainable planet and return in the new year refreshed and ready to push technology forward.
