KEY PEOPLE

Different Disciplines, one shared goal.

Inov8ive brings together engineers, technologists, researchers, geospatial specialists and problem-solvers who look at the physical world from different angles.

What connects us is a willingness to ask difficult questions, experiment quickly and build things that have not existed before.

BUILD. TEST. LEARN. REPEAT.

OPERATIONS, PROJECTS

SMALL TEAMS.
SHORT DISTANCES.

We believe good ideas move faster when the distance between the question and the people capable of answering it is small.
The person exploring an idea can be close to the engineer building it, the developer writing the software, the analyst interrogating the data and the people thinking about how it will work operationally.
That creates a simple rhythm:  ASK. BUILD. TEST. LEARN. IMPROVE.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS.
SO DOES NOT KNOWING THE ANSWER.

Experience gives us somewhere to start. Curiosity determines where we go next.
We value people who are prepared to challenge assumptions, test an idea properly and change direction when the evidence says there is a better way.
Sometimes the most useful contribution to a project isn't an answer.

WHAT IF THERE IS ANOTHER WAY?

FROM SILICON TO SPACE.

Our people work across an unusually broad technical landscape.

From sensors, electronics and custom hardware to algorithms, AI, databases and geospatial intelligence and from information generated on the ground to Earth Observation and space-enabled services - the disciplines are different.

THE INFORMATION THREAD CONNECTS THEM.

SENSE → VERIFY → LOCATE → CONNECT → UNDERSTAND → INTEGRATE

MORE THAN OUR TEAM.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THE PROBLEM.
We don't believe every answer has to exist inside Inov8ive.
We work with customers, universities, researchers, specialists, technology partners and collaborators bringing together the right combination of expertise for each problem.
This approach gives us access to specialist knowledge and capabilities when they are needed, while allowing our core team to remain focused and agile.
Because collaboration isn't about making the team bigger.

IT'S ABOUT MAKING THE THINKING BETTER.
